Danderyds SK

Danderyds SK was one of 452 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Girls 14. In addition to Danderyds SK, 109 other teams from 9 different countries played in Girls 14. They were divided into 27 different groups, whereof Danderyds SK could be found in Group 27 together with Greve Fodbold, Östansbo IS and Onsala BK. Danderyds SK continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 27. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against FC Hessleholm with 0-3. In the Final, IFK Umeå won over FC Hessleholm and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 14. Danderyds SK comes from Danderyd which lies approximately 400 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Danderyd does also provide 64 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2015 (Among others: Djurgårdens DFF, Hammarby IF, Bollstanäs SK, Ingarö IF, Bällsta FF, Stuvsta IF, Håbo FF, Hammarby IF DFF, Enebybergs IF and IFK Lidingö FK).
