In addition to Örebro Syrianska IF, 214 other teams from 38 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 53 different groups, whereof Örebro Syrianska IF could be found in Group 31 together with Real Sociedad Cuauhtemoc, Torns IF and Lerums IS. Örebro Syrianska IF continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 31. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Footgeneration FA Algarve with 0-3. In the Final, Dallas Texans won over Angered FC and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 14.
