In addition to Stade Français, 221 other teams from 34 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 55 different groups, whereof Stade Français could be found in Group 20 together with Interesporte, Vallens IF and Bälinge IF. Stade Français continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 20. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against GAIS with 2-9. In the Final, CD Inter Vista Alegre won over ACBB Paris and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 15.
