IF Böljan

IF Böljan was one of 452 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to IF Böljan, 221 other teams from 34 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 55 different groups, whereof IF Böljan could be found in Group 36 together with Accademia I.C., Oppsal IF 2 and IFK Bergvik. IF Böljan continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 36. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Borens IK with 0-1. In the Final, CD Inter Vista Alegre won over ACBB Paris and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 15. Böljan comes from Falkenberg which lies approximately 100 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Falkenberg does also provide 9 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2015 (Vinbergs IF, Skrea IF, Varbergs BoIS FC, BK Astrio, Halmstads BK, IS Halmia, Centern, IF, HGH and Falkenbergs FF).
