Dalby GIF/Genarps IF

Dalby GIF/Genarps IF was one of 452 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Dalby GIF/Genarps IF, 117 other teams from 14 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 29 different groups, whereof Dalby GIF/Genarps IF could be found in Group 5 together with Scandia United SA, Falköpings KIK and IFK Västerås FK. Dalby GIF/Genarps IF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against IF Lödde with 0-1. In the Final, Spjutstorps IF won over Tyresö FF and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 15. Dalby GIF/Genarps comes from Genarp which lies approximately 250 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Genarp does also provide 40 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2015 (Among others: Köpingebro IF, Lunds BK, GIF Nike, Södra Sandby IF/GoF IF, Hörby FF, Anderslövs BoIK, Harlösa IF, IFK Klagshamn, BK Höllviken and Södra Sandby IF).
