In addition to Högsby IK, 61 other teams from 13 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 15 different groups, whereof Högsby IK could be found in Group 15 together with KFV Segeberg, IFK Nyköping, Kungsbacka DFF and Legacy United So Cal. Högsby IK continued to Play off B after reaching 5:th place in Group 15. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against SK Haugar with 1-2. In the Final, FC Connecticut won over Södra Härene IF and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 18.
