They were divided into 46 different groups, whereof IFK Lidingö FK could be found in Group 28 together with CA Intercups Mexico, Dalen/KFF and FK Lillehammer 2. IFK Lidingö FK continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 28. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Tokyo Verdy with 1-2. In the Final, Tokyo Verdy won over IF FF Hammarby and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 16. IFK Lidingö FK also participated in Boys 15 during Gothia Cup 2014. They reached the 1/16 Final in B15 Play off A, but lost it against TSV Havelse with 0-2.
