Ljungbyholms GOIF

Ljungbyholms GOIF was one of 452 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Ljungbyholms GOIF, 221 other teams from 34 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 55 different groups, whereof Ljungbyholms GOIF could be found in Group 19 together with IF FF Hammarby, Hannover, HSC and Monte Libano. Ljungbyholms GOIF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 19. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Csv de Leeuwarder Zwaluwen with 0-2. In the Final, Lørenskog IF won over Bromstens IK and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 15. Ljungbyholms GOIF comes from Ljungbyholm which lies approximately 280 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Ljungbyholm does also provide six additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2015 (Torsås GoIF, Färjestadens GoIF, Möre BK, IFK Kalmar, Kalmar FF and Mörbylånga GoIF).
