In addition to Spjutstorps IF, 117 other teams from 14 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 29 different groups, whereof Spjutstorps IF could be found in Group 12 together with Skultorps IF, Bergdalens IK and Linlithgow Rose CFC. Spjutstorps IF made it to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 12. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Tyresö FF, which they won with 1-0. Thereby Spjutstorps IF won the entire Play off B in Girls 15 during Gothia Cup 2015. Spjutstorps IF also participated in Girls 14 during Gothia Cup 2014. They reached the 1/16 Final in G14 Play off A, but lost it against Sävar IK with 1-2.
