Kungshamns IF

Kungshamns IF was one of 420 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Kungshamns IF, 209 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 52 different groups, whereof Kungshamns IF could be found in Group 41 together with FH 1, Lillestrøm SK and Landvetter IS. Kungshamns IF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 41. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Leiknir with 1-5. In the Final, Landvetter IS won over Leiknir and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 14. Kungshamns comes from Kungshamn/Smögen which lies approximately 79 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Kungshamn/Smögen does also provide two additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2014 (Orust GHMMS and Herrestads AIF).
