Nõmme United FC

Nõmme United FC was one of 8 clubs from Estonia that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to Nõmme United FC, 190 other teams from 33 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 47 different groups, whereof Nõmme United FC could be found in Group 18 together with Vaksala SK, F.C. Beirut and Näsets SK. Nõmme United FC continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 18. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against IS Halmia with 1-2. In the Final, Onsala BK won over HK 1 and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 16. Nõmme United FC comes from Tallinn which lies approximately 760 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Tallinn does also provide six additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2014 (JK Tallinna Kalev, FC Ajax - Tallinn, FC Flora, TJK Legion Tallinn, FC Tiigrid and FC Puuma Tallinn Kopli).
