TSV Sparrieshoop

TSV Sparrieshoop was one of 73 clubs from Germany that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to TSV Sparrieshoop, 190 other teams from 33 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 47 different groups, whereof TSV Sparrieshoop could be found in Group 36 together with Oppsal IF 1, HK 2 and Åhus HBK. TSV Sparrieshoop continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 36. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Olimpic FC with 1-3. In the Final, Onsala BK won over HK 1 and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 16. Sparrieshoop comes from Sparrieshoop which lies approximately 460 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Sparrieshoop does also provide 18 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2014 (Among others: Walddörfer SV, TuS Appen, Blau-Weiß 96 Schenefeld, USC Paloma Hamburg, Wedeler TSV, TSV Sasel, SV Uhlenhorst-Adler, SC Egenbuettel, Kummerfelder SV and TSC Wellingsbüttel).
