In addition to Club América, 176 other teams from 32 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 44 different groups, whereof Club América could be found in Group 6 together with GAIS, PFC Levski 1914 and Aalborg Chang 1. Club América made it to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 6. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against J-L Juniors, which they won with 6-1. Thereby Club América won the entire Play off A in Boys 15 during Gothia Cup 2013.
