They were divided into 41 different groups, whereof SKF China Liaoning Ning Yuan Center ST could be found in Group 37 together with Särö IK, Kista SC 1 and Uppåkra IF 1. SKF China Liaoning Ning Yuan Center ST continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 37. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against IF Väster 2 with 0-5. In the Final, KF Gjakova won over Halmstads BK and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 12.
