Podar International School

Podar International School was one of 15 clubs from India that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to Podar International School, 164 other teams from 37 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 41 different groups, whereof Podar International School could be found in Group 6 together with FC Ajax - Tallinn, Markaryds IF and Åsa IF. Podar International School continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Concordia Eschersheim 1958 e.V., SG with 0-9. In the Final, Shilla FC 1 won over JSSL Arsenal Singapore and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 12. Podar International School comes from Pune, India which lies approximately 6600 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
