Esporte Uniao

In addition to Esporte Uniao, 176 other teams from 29 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 44 different groups, whereof Esporte Uniao could be found in Group 13 together with Eds FF, Arvidsjaur FK, IFK and Kinetic Academy. Esporte Uniao continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 13. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against IFK Lidingö FK 1 with 1-3. In the Final, Kampala Junior Team won over Consadole Sapporo and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 16. Esporte Uniao also participated in Boys 15 during Gothia Cup 2012. They reached the 1/64 Final in B15 Slutspel B, but lost it against Ale U United with 0-3.
