Hiranandani Foundation School

Hiranandani Foundation School was one of 15 clubs from India that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to Hiranandani Foundation School, 140 other teams from 32 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 34 different groups, whereof Hiranandani Foundation School could be found in Group 22 together with Öckerö IF, Elite South East and Rosersberg IK. Hiranandani Foundation School continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group 22. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Phoenix Sports with 0-2. In the Final, Beirut FAC won over San Javier Guadalajara and became the winner of Slutspel B in Boys 12. Hiranandani Foundation School comes from 3 Mumbai which lies approximately 6500 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around 3 Mumbai does also provide 9 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2012 (Kenkre FC, Utpal Shanghvi School, Youth Club Soccer Academy, Campion School, Shakti Sports Academy, Mumbai Football Academy, Podar International, All India Youth Sports School and Phoenix Sports).
