Citoyens du Monde

Citoyens du Monde was one of 22 clubs from France that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Citoyens du Monde, 147 other teams from 33 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 36 different groups, whereof Citoyens du Monde could be found in Group 29 together with Saudi Falcons FC, New Mill Indians SK and IFK Hässleholm. Citoyens du Monde continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 29. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against IF Brommapojkarna 2 with 3-4. In the Final, Fässbergs IF won over Fyllingsdalen FK and became the winner of Slutspel A in Boys 18. Citoyens du Monde comes from JOINVILLE LE PONT which lies approximately 1200 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
