In addition to HK, 233 other teams from 42 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 57 different groups, whereof HK could be found in Group 43 together with Vasalunds IF 2, FC Rueil Malmaison and Täfteå IK. HK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group 43. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against TSV Buchholz 08 with 0-1. In the Final, Staffanstorps GIF won over First Touch FC and became the winner of Slutspel B in Boys 15.
