In addition to HK, 188 other teams from 34 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 47 different groups, whereof HK could be found in Group 35 together with SC Borgfeld eV, Fyllingsdalen FK 2 and BK Häcken 2. HK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 35. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against FC Langwedel with 0-1. In the Final, InterClubes won over FBK Karlstad and became the winner of Slutspel B in Boys 16.
