In addition to Mjölby AI/FF, 188 other teams from 34 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 47 different groups, whereof Mjölby AI/FF could be found in Group 17 together with C.B./Oeste Solidaria, Fehmarn, JSG and IL Jotun. Mjölby AI/FF continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group 17. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Paris F.C with 1-3. In the Final, Paris F.C won over Cruzeiro EC and became the winner of Slutspel A in Boys 16.
