Hagaströms SK

Hagaströms SK was one of 417 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Girls 14. In addition to Hagaströms SK, 92 other teams from 10 different countries played in Girls 14. They were divided into 23 different groups, whereof Hagaströms SK could be found in Group 14 together with IFK Kalmar, Rosersberg IK and Kållered SK. Hagaströms SK continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 14. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Bergdalens IK with 1-5. In the Final, Bergdalens IK won over DFF, Vasalunds and became the winner of Slutspel A in Girls 14. Hagaströms SK comes from Gävle which lies approximately 440 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Gävle does also provide four additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2012 (Högbo AIK, Gefle IF, Stensätra IF and Valbo FF).
