MTV Eintracht Celle

MTV Eintracht Celle was one of 70 clubs from Germany that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to MTV Eintracht Celle, 126 other teams from 33 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 31 different groups, whereof MTV Eintracht Celle could be found in Group 29 together with Särö IK, Estaimbourg, AC and Höganäs BK. MTV Eintracht Celle continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group 29. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Hovås-Billdal IF 2 with 1-4. In the Final, Tynecastle Football Club 1 won over JäPS and became the winner of Slutspel B in Boys 13. Eintracht Celle comes from Celle which lies approximately 580 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Celle does also provide two additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2012 (SSV Plockhorst and TSV Friesen Hänigsen).
