Rödeby AIF

Rödeby AIF was one of 417 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Rödeby AIF, 233 other teams from 42 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 57 different groups, whereof Rödeby AIF could be found in Group 51 together with SC Weyhe e.V., JSC Pitray-Olier Paris 2 and Hällbybrunns IF. Rödeby AIF continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 51. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IF Elfsborg with 1-4. In the Final, ACBB Paris won over Kampala Junior Team and became the winner of Slutspel A in Boys 15. Rödeby AIF comes from RÖDEBY which lies approximately 280 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around RÖDEBY does also provide five additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2012 (Karlskrona AIF, Karlskrona FF, Ingelstad IK, Nättraby GoIF and Ronneby BK).
