SV Rönneburg

SV Rönneburg was one of 70 clubs from Germany that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to SV Rönneburg, 126 other teams from 33 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 31 different groups, whereof SV Rönneburg could be found in Group 12 together with Lerums IS, CECAP Cruz Azul and Syrianska FC. SV Rönneburg continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against PACES with 1-4. In the Final, Tynecastle Football Club 1 won over JäPS and became the winner of Slutspel B in Boys 13. Rönneburg comes from Hamburg which lies approximately 490 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Hamburg does also provide 17 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2012 (Among others: SC Egenbuettel, SV Rugenbergen, SC Vier- und Marschlande Hamburg, Ellerau, SC, TSC Wellingsbüttel, Halstenbek-Rellingen SV, TSV Buchholz 08, SC Sternschanze, Blau-Weiß 96 Schenefeld and SC Sperber).
