They were divided into 34 different groups, whereof Hisingsbacka FC could be found in Group 17 together with IFK Lidingö FK, Enebybergs IF 1, Happy Valley Football Club and ACD Granja Nova e Casal da Cruz. Hisingsbacka FC continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group 17. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against San Javier Guadalajara with 2-3. In the Final, Beirut FAC won over San Javier Guadalajara and became the winner of Slutspel B in Boys 12.
