In addition to the two Torslanda teams, 21 other teams from 8 different countries played in Girls 12. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Torslanda IK Green could be found in Group 2 together with ATSV Scharmbeckstotel, BK Häcken 1 and Prep School Girls Green. Torslanda IK Green continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Prep School Girls White with 1-7. In the Final, KFV Segeberg 1 won over Prep School Girls White and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 12.
