In addition to FC Puuma Tallinn Kopli, 162 other teams from 31 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 40 different groups, whereof FC Puuma Tallinn Kopli could be found in Group 12 together with Askims IK 2, Go-Pro Sports and Boo FF. FC Puuma Tallinn Kopli continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against FC Rueil Malmaison with 2-8. In the Final, IFK Stocksund Blå won over Florø SK 1 and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 12.
