In addition to the two Nordstranda teams, 82 other teams from 13 different countries played in Girls 17. They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof Nordstranda IL 2 could be found in Group 5 together with Freie Turnerschaft Braunschweig, Borens IK and IF Eker Örebro. Nordstranda IL 2 continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against TSV Abbehausen with 2-3. In the Final, Tuve IF won over Södra Sandby IF and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 17. Nordstranda IL also participated in Girls 17 during Gothia Cup 2013. They reached the 1/16 Final in G17 Play off B, but lost it against Lindö FF Norrköping with 0-1.
