They were divided into 41 different groups, whereof ACD Granja Nova e Casal da Cruz could be found in Group 1 together with JSSL Arsenal Singapore, IF FF Hammarby 1 and Qviding FIF. ACD Granja Nova e Casal da Cruz continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Öckerö IF with 1-2. In the Final, KF Gjakova won over Halmstads BK and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 12.
