SKF Sports Academy was one of 15 clubs from India that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to SKF Sports Academy, 233 other teams from 42 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 57 different groups, whereof SKF Sports Academy 3 could be found in Group 37 together with Ytterby IS, Halstenbek-Rellingen SV 1 and Piteå IF. SKF Sports Academy 3 continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group 37. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Azalea BK with 0-9. In the Final, Staffanstorps GIF won over First Touch FC and became the winner of Slutspel B in Boys 15. The area around does also provide four additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2012 (Simla Youngs FC, Jaipur Football Club, Maharashtra and Young Guns FA).
