In addition to Hjärnarps GIF, 233 other teams from 42 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 57 different groups, whereof Hjärnarps GIF could be found in Group 22 together with Azalea BK, Salesiano San Miguel and YLBERI 2. Hjärnarps GIF continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group 22. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Lyngdal IL with 2-11. In the Final, Staffanstorps GIF won over First Touch FC and became the winner of Slutspel B in Boys 15.
