In addition to Skurups AIF, 84 other teams from 14 different countries played in Girls 17. They were divided into 21 different groups, whereof Skurups AIF could be found in Group 11 together with Belgica, IL Jotun and Eskilstuna United DFF. Skurups AIF made it to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 11. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Linköping Kenty DFF, which they won with 2-0. Thereby Skurups AIF won the entire Slutspel B in Girls 17 during Gothia Cup 2012.
