ASEC

ASEC was the only club from the Ivory Coast that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Gothia Puma Trophy (B17). In addition to ASEC, 35 other teams from 10 different countries played in Gothia Puma Trophy (B17). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof ASEC could be found in Group 2 together with BK Häcken, Landskrona BoIS and Riga FC. ASEC continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Sporting Lagos with 3-4. In the Final, Sporting Lagos won over FC Tokyo and became the winner of Play off A in Gothia Puma Trophy (B17). ASEC comes from Abidjan which lies approximately 6000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
