Sirio

Sirio was one of 13 clubs from Brazil that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 17. In addition to Sirio, 110 other teams from 23 different countries played in Boys 17. They were divided into 27 different groups, whereof Sirio could be found in Group 3 together with Ullensaker Kisa, Storvreta IK and FC Rastede eV. Sirio continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Phoenix Football Academy with 0-2. In the Final, AFC Eskilstuna won over Swindon Town FITC Red and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 17. The area around does also provide 11 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Among others: Hipica Campinas, BFT, Ordin FC, BRFC, Brasil Juniors FC, Esporte Uniao, RS Sports, E.C. Pinheiros, St Francis and Lourenco Castanho).
