They were divided into 32 different groups, whereof Askims IK could be found in Group 9 together with OGC Nice, Town of Poughkeepsie Soccer Club and Sollentuna FK 2. Askims IK made it to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 9. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Ap Orlen Gdansk with 0-3. Thereby Askims IK finished second in G15 Play off B during Gothia Cup 2024.
