Östers IF

In addition to Östers IF, 27 other teams played in SEF Trophy. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Östers IF could be found in Group 2 together with IFK Norrköping, Degerfors IF and BK Häcken. Östers IF continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Helsingborgs IF with 0-3. In the Final, Malmö FF won over IF Brommapojkarna and became the winner of Play off A in SEF Trophy. Östers IF also participated in SEF Trophy during Gothia Cup 2023. They reached the 1/8 Final in SEF Play off A, but lost it against Mjällby AIF with 5-6.
