IK Oddevold

IK Oddevold was one of 419 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in SEF Trophy. In addition to IK Oddevold, 27 other teams played in SEF Trophy. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IK Oddevold could be found in Group 3 together with Helsingborgs IF, Djurgårdens IF and GAIS. IK Oddevold continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Skövde AIK with 1-2. In the Final, Degerfors IF won over Västerås SK and became the winner of Play off B in SEF Trophy. Oddevold comes from Uddevalla which lies approximately 68 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Uddevalla does also provide 13 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Among others: Orust FC, Skoftebyns IF, Vänersborgs FK, Edet FK, Halvorstorps IS, Stenungsunds IF, Torp GoIF, IFK Uddevalla, Vallens IF and Groheds IF/Ljungskile SK).
