FC Rastede eV

FC Rastede eV was one of 58 clubs from Germany that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 17. In addition to FC Rastede eV, 110 other teams from 23 different countries played in Boys 17. They were divided into 27 different groups, whereof FC Rastede eV could be found in Group 3 together with Ullensaker Kisa, Sirio and Storvreta IK. FC Rastede eV continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Scandia United SA with 0-1. In the Final, Ljungskile SK/Groheds IF won over IK Franke and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 17. FC Rastede eV comes from Rastede which lies approximately 550 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Rastede does also provide three additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (GVO Oldenburg, ASV Ihlpohl e.V and FC Ohmstede).
