In addition to Lillestrøm SK, 34 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Lillestrøm SK could be found in Group 5 together with KFV Segeberg, AG Caen Football and Jitex BK. Lillestrøm SK made it to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 5. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against KFV Segeberg, which they won with 3-0. Thereby Lillestrøm SK won the entire Play off B in Girls 18 during Gothia Cup 2024. Lillestrøm SK also participated in Girls 17 during Gothia Cup 2023. They reached the 1/4 Final in G17 Play off B, but lost it against Årsta FF with 4-5.
