Malmö FF

Malmö FF was one of 419 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in SEF Trophy. In addition to Malmö FF, 27 other teams played in SEF Trophy. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Malmö FF could be found in Group 6 together with Varbergs BoIS FC, IK Sirius FK and Örebro SK. Malmö FF made it to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 6. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against IF Brommapojkarna, which they won with 2-1. Thereby Malmö FF won the entire Play off A in SEF Trophy during Gothia Cup 2024. Malmö comes from Malmö which lies approximately 250 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Malmö does also provide 28 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Among others: BK Höllviken, Lunds FF, BK Flagg, Skurups AIF, Lunds BoiS, Kävlinge Harrie FF, Bjärreds IF, AC Trelleborg, Landskrona BoIS and IF Limhamn/Bunkeflo).
