In addition to the two Lion City Sailors teams, 79 other teams from 24 different countries played in Boys 11. They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof Lion City Sailors 2 could be found in Group 15 together with Prep School Lions White, Djurgårdens IF and Mölnlycke IS/Sjövalla FK. Lion City Sailors 2 continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 15. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Lion City Sailors 1 with 1-3. In the Final, Lion City Sailors 1 won over BK Skottfint and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 11. Lion City Sailors also participated in Boys 11 during Gothia Cup 2023. They reached the Semi final in B11 Play off A, but lost it against Academia Sebastian Roco with 3-4.
