In addition to the two SK Sprint-Jeløy teams, 180 other teams from 28 different countries will play in Boys 16. They are divided into 45 different groups, whereof SK Sprint-Jeløy 1 can be found in Group 38 together with KFV Segeberg, Bollstanäs SK and Stjarnan 2. SK Sprint-Jeløy also participated in Boys 15 during Gothia Cup 2023. They reached the 1/32 Final in B15 Play off B, but lost it against Tallboda IF with 4-6.
