NK KRŠKO

NK KRŠKO was the only club from Slovenia that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to NK KRŠKO, 189 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 47 different groups, whereof NK KRŠKO could be found in Group 36 together with Esporte Uniao, Bagarmossen Kärrtorp BK and Kulladals FF Blå. NK KRŠKO continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 36. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against MUKP Dabrowa Gornicza with 10-11. In the Final, CD Mercedarios won over MUKP Dabrowa Gornicza and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 14. NK KRŠKO comes from Krsko which lies approximately 1300 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than NK KRŠKO, the club NK Bubamara does also originate from the area around Krsko.
