FC Mougins

FC Mougins was one of 31 clubs from France that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to FC Mougins, 189 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 47 different groups, whereof FC Mougins could be found in Group 24 together with Kärra Klareberg IF 2, Brighton Boys and Bara GIF Svart. FC Mougins continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 24. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Riga FC with 0-3. In the Final, CD Mercedarios won over MUKP Dabrowa Gornicza and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 14. FC Mougins also participated in Boys 13 during Gothia Cup 2023. They reached the 1/32 Final in B13 Play off A, but lost it against Ordin FC with 6-7. FC Mougins comes from Mougins which lies approximately 1600 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than FC Mougins, the club OGC Nice does also originate from the area around Mougins.
