JFV Südholstein

JFV Südholstein was one of 58 clubs from Germany that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to JFV Südholstein, 189 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 47 different groups, whereof JFV Südholstein could be found in Group 41 together with Trönninge BK, SK Sprint-Jeløy 1 and Angered MBIK/Surte IS. JFV Südholstein continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 41. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Lillestrøm SK with 1-2. In the Final, CD Mercedarios won over MUKP Dabrowa Gornicza and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 14. JFV Südholstein comes from Henstedt-Ulzburg which lies approximately 460 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Henstedt-Ulzburg does also provide 14 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Among others: FC Nordic Tigers e.V., FC Teutonia 05, SC RÖNNAU 74, SC Alstertal-Langenhorn, FC Süderelbe, FC Alsterbrüder, SG Quickborn, Blau-Weiß 96 Schenefeld, SC Nienstedten and KFV Segeberg).
