MG SPORT

MG SPORT was one of 31 clubs from France that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to MG SPORT, 123 other teams from 29 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 30 different groups, whereof MG SPORT could be found in Group 20 together with Prep Schools Pumas Green, Southampton Town United and Torslanda IK 1. MG SPORT continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 20. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Club Municipal de Casablanca with 4-6. In the Final, Fútból Consultants Edson Soto won over Vicente del Bosque Academy Orange and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 12. MG SPORT comes from Paris which lies approximately 1200 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Paris does also provide 15 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Among others: FC Villennes Orgeval, JSC Pitray-Olier Paris, Section Elite Academy, Arsmon Football Club, Championnet Sports, Us Gouvieux, U S E Saint Leu Esserent, FC Saint Cloud, US Montesson and JFF Academy).
