IFK Kristinehamn

IFK Kristinehamn was one of 419 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to IFK Kristinehamn, 181 other teams from 28 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 45 different groups, whereof IFK Kristinehamn could be found in Group 18 together with Atletico Real Morelos, Ploërmel FC and Sätila SK. IFK Kristinehamn continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 18. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Kungsladugårds BK 2 with 0-4. In the Final, Suwannaphum FC won over Rælingen FK 1 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 16. IFK Kristinehamn comes from Kristinehamn which lies approximately 220 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Kristinehamn does also provide four additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Norrstrands IF, Hammarö FK, FBK Karlstad and Degerfors IF).
