They were divided into 30 different groups, whereof Lunds BK 2 could be found in Group 8 together with LAZ Stockerau, PASS Abu Dhabi and Näsets SK Svart. Lunds BK 2 continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Atletico Echegaray with 0-11. In the Final, Prep School Lions Navy won over Culver City Football Club and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 12.
