Nidelv IL

Nidelv IL was one of 45 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Nidelv IL, 129 other teams from 14 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 32 different groups, whereof Nidelv IL could be found in Group 5 together with Gefle IF, Throttur, FC and Växjö DFF. Nidelv IL continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Örgryte IS with 5-6. In the Final, Ap Orlen Gdansk won over Askims IK and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 15. Nidelv comes from Trondheim which lies approximately 640 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Trondheim does also provide three additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Charlottenlund SK, Heimdal FK and Rosenborg Ballklub).
